help register your own domain name which will become your unique
address on the World Wide Web. Having your own domain name does
not suggest that you are renting web space, and, since email
can be addressed to your domain (eg. WWW.YOURNAME.COM ) you
will not have to announce a new email address if you change
internet providers.

Do
you offer dial-up internet access ?
No. You will need local internet access in order
to maintain your web site and retrieve email addressed to your
site. Because we provide a specialized service and do not have
hundreds of modems to maintain we are able to devote more time
to our customers and to the addition of enhancements to our
network.

Will
I have unlimited access to update my pages?
You have unlimited access via FTP and SMI (server
management interface) 24-hours a day. As such, you
can create and maintain your web pages on your own computer
and upload files to your web site at your leisure.

Does
iSun Media handle domain registration?
Yes. We will contact Network Solutions once your
account is activated to request either a new domain name registration
or transfer. You do NOT need to submit a registration to Network
Solutions as this will only delay your request.

Can
I transfer an existing domain name to iSun Media?
Yes. A number of our customers have transferred
domains to our service. When you place an order, be sure to
specify that you are requesting a transfer and NOT a new domain.
When transferring your domain
to us, the email address on file for your domain must be a valid
email address as Network Solutions will send notice to this
address to confirm the transfer should take place. If the address
is not valid, you will be sent a letter from us telling you
what to do to correct the situation.
