What is a secure
certificate?
A Secure Certificate is used to transmit sensative
information via the Internet. It is a secure connection between
the website you are connected to and the visitors computer. The
visitor's information is encrpted while being transmitted via
the Internet.
You will notice in
the browser two things that indicate you are in a secure environment.
1) You will
see a lock on your browswer.
2) You will
see an "s" in the website address. (https://www.domain.com)
Both
Certificate Companies do the same thing and are both reputable
companies. iSun Media prefers the Thawte Certificate, however
we can aid you in obtaining either one.
iSun
Media will obtain the certificate for you as there is information
we need to provide the certificate company.

certificate will look like this:

information you will need to provide the certificate company will
be:
Business Registration Info from your State of Incorporation
Proof of your Business Address
Plus a few other details
(We will notify you of what is needed
during the registration process)
